Adds static C-17s to the tarmac Charleston Air Force Base as well as some helo pads.  Adds Ships in Charleston HArbor including 
the familiar USS Yorktown.  Yorktown is hard deck but no catipults. Also a USCG Cutter assisting sinking vessel 
just of the coast. 

Instalation
place all files in  C: Microsoft Games\FSX\Addon Scenery\scenery

Scenery tested on FSX Deluxe/Acceleration on Win XP
